Attained $1.3 M incremental sales in 8 months with a 50% margin through launch of D2C beauty and utilizing existing Revlon Inc. Customer Care and order fulfillment centers. 

Delivered in record time, validated insights, and marketing messaging for Norwex's #1 challenge of recruiting new sales agents. Annual Leadership Meeting launch of the "Join Us" integrated campaign; new landing page, recruiting video, social graphics, brochures, and legal claims.

Crafted digital transformation 'Mandate for Change' strategy and C-suite comms materials within the first 30 days to support the recent IT platform investment to spur company return to growth. 

Identified $800k in North American cost savings while maintaining revenue and reinforcing Norwex's 30-yr eco mission. Led cost-saving initiative to reduce 51 million printed pages. 

Averted significant retail customer and $400k financial risk from a vailed pilot by aligning the Philips NA executive team on "no-go" action for pain management medical device until value proposition improved. 

Stood up New Product Development Group for Omnicare, a CVS Health company, with six of seven team members new to the company or role on my 1st day.

Advanced 9 new products/ pharma services in 18 months while establishing the NPD discipline and team earning reputation with Sales and Clinical Services and trusted thought partners. 

Reduced Omnicare business case and pilot site selection by 55% through bootstrapping of our NPD machine learning tool. Adopted by Sales for cross-selling and prospecting.
